This is the first ed., hardcover, ex-lib., with usual marks and labels; Also has what appears to be bookseller's estimates of value of beautiful color plates within with an est. of $400 for the volume "as os" on front end page. However the t.p. has been ripped out of the volume and has open tears; there is close tear along lower portion of "List of Plates." Occasional smudges on front matter.
